Create a proposal and pitch for a media product (P1, P2, M1 U3 & P2 U21) Learning outcome 1 (U3): Be able to create a proposal with sample materials for an original media product to a client brief. Learning outcome 2 (U21): Be able to create a proposal and pitch for an original media product based on a given brief. Purpose of magazine The purpose of my indie artist magazine, is to expand the indie fanbase and give it a larger audience of people who enjoy the genre. I will do this through spreading exiting news such as information about famous artists, new and up-coming artists and concerts in the North London area, all within the indie genre. I feel there is a lack of specifically indie magazines in the market so I feel by doing this, it will allow more people to discover the indie music - and indie artists, and hopefully find something that they enjoy. I aim to widen the demographic that loves the indie genre from just mainly teenage girls and boys, to perhaps older audiences...
